Be it systems or end products, SurCom assumes full responsibility in terms of after sales services ranging from flexible warranty conditions to world-wide installation and maintenance services. We are capable of handling life-cycle maintenance and logistical support for specific products on a contract basis and, if required, provide training and documentations services. To this end our facility in Rhenen is equipped with advanced RF test equipment. an environmental stress screening chamber for temperature cycling,  engineering space and test and integration floor space for larger equipment and vehicles.

• LRAD Corp. Long Range Acoustic Devices; SurCom maintains factory trained personnel for maintaining and repairing  the LRAD family of equipment.
• ViaSat Inc. MIDS-LVT Link 16 Terminals; SurCom maintains an ATP Test station for Terminal System troubleshooting, full terminal testing, acceptance and qualification testing, software verification testing, Link 16 voice testing, situation display and scenario generation, recording and analyzing, simulation and network management capability.
• Temperature cycling of MIDS Terminals is performed in our Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) Station. Our dedicated technical staff are fully qualified to operate the ATP Station, ESS Station, LEGS, ARMS, TOES and LiFT software.
• In response to user demand we designed a Link-16 Mobile Test Station suitable for both laboratory terminal screening and onsite support as certified Field Service Engineer.
• Upon request SurCom will support integration of MIDS terminal equipment on-site, or build and support customized applications.
