For specific projects SurCom acts as a system integrator. Amongst others, for BALTNET, a SAR radio system in the Baltic States, or a Tactical ATC system for use by NATO in out of area operations. Both projects are just examples of a unique requirement by a customer to which SurCom responded with it's knowledge of and experience in applying their main suppliers products.

Based on minimal statements of work SurCom will participate in any discussion on the technical solution to a given challenge. The follow up of this discussion will be a realistic quote providing the customer with a good indication of the actual cost requested system and a clear set of T&Cs that often meet the customer expectations.

Although SurCom has entered the field of building plug & play solutions to customer requirement we do not intend to become a full, mass production facility. The customer's specific requirement comes numero uno and we prefer to built a "special". A limited amount can be produced in house, but larger quantities will be outsourced.
