(Rugged) Computers (laptops/PDAs) and network equipment

With her partners SurCom International holds a balanced portfolio of affordable quality rugged PDA's to high end rugged computer systems. Rugged means that they can be used and survive given any environmental condition. Ruggedness comes in two different standards: the mililtary standard (i.e. i.a.w. MILSPEC 810) or industrial standard (i.e. IP 67, etc).  Although equipment normally is more affordable by using the lesser specification, it is debatable whether robustness will really be less.

Although rugged computers are available of the shelf, SurCom's focus lies with the integration of these computers and network equipment into the typical military environment. We hold the designing and engineering capabilities to tailor make solution to with  flat panel displays, computers and mass data storage systems.  SurCom can, by means of its flat organization, react promptly and efficiently with cost-effectively solutions to any requirements a customer might have.
