SurCom International BV is an independent defense contractor, active since 1992 in the defense and security market with a dynamic portfolio of carefully selected products and systems for communication and surveillance applications. In addition to system design and integration we specialize in adapting COTS products and technologies for adverse military operating conditions.
In the area of communication and information systems, SurCom offers effective and affordable products and solutions in tactical voice and data communications, covering highly specialized applications such as UHF/DAMA TacSat, military ground-air-ground communications, CSAR radio, intelligent voice interconnect systems, tactical mobile network routing, manportable and mobile SIGINT/DF systems, etc. As an independ contractor we tailor systems to the customer's particular concept of operations and technical requirements.
In the area of electro-optics, our product range covers a variety of imaging products and solutions for land based, airborne and maritime oberservation, surveillance, night combat and target acquisition. Cooled and uncooled infrared imagers are available for a wide range of static or mobile force protection applications, forward observing and tactical air control.
SurCom’s geographical area of interest is worldwide with emphasis on Europe, serving the defense and homeland security communities with products from some of the largest international manufacturers. SurCom adds value through creative solutions to specific customers requirements, even for small quantities. SurCom is able to provide training, documentation and maintenance for all of the products in our inventory.
